Refund policy

  • Returning a product is easy with our user-friendly policy. However, products labeled as 'Non-Returnable' cannot be returned or replaced. Check the eligibility criteria. If you received a damaged, defective, or misrepresented product, you have 7 days (48 hours for damaged items) to request a return. 
  • After receiving your request, our Customer Service Executive will contact you to understand the issue and will proceed with either a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
  • For replacement, kindly send the product marked as "Damaged, Defective, or Not as described (Customer not liking)" in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills, and original packaging intact from your location. We initiate the replacement process once we receive and conduct a quality check on the product.
  • Replacement is contingent on the product's availability. If the product is not in stock, you will be provided with a "Refund" equivalent to the amount paid during the purchase.
  • We offer a refund option if we cannot provide a replacement/exchange for the ordered product in case of "Damaged, Defective" delivery. Refunds will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, they should be in a resealable state. While we strive to ensure a smooth return process, there are certain situations where supporting returns may pose challenges, as outlined below:

  • If the return request is submitted outside the specified time frame (after 7 days),
  • Any items absent from the package, such as the price tag, accessories, labels, original packaging, etc.
  • The product has incurred damage due to misuse, physical damage, or any other damage caused by human error, etc.


  • If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund, we have a straightforward refund policy outlined below.
  • We offer a refund to the customer if we cannot provide a replacement or exchange for a product in case of delivery issues like damage, defects, or if the customer dislikes the product.
  • Once we receive a refund request from you, we process the refund based on the payment method you chose during the order placement.

Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking)

  • In this case, the order amount will be credited back to your card or net-banking account. The initiation of this process typically takes 1-2 business days, but it may take around 5-7 business days for the amount to be fully reflected in your card/net-banking account.

Cash On Delivery Order  

  • If you've made a cash on delivery order and requested a refund, we collect your bank account details along with a copy of the canceled cheque for a bank transfer. The money will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
